A heartiest Message for the Women of this International Women’s Day

This is my heartiest message for all the awesome women in this world of this International Women’s Day. As an Indian woman, I always see that most of the Indian women sacrifice their dreams, their desires and even their lives for the person whom they love or the family where they belong. But, there is no acknowledgement of their huge dedications. That is very much distressing for the women. I know this is only the small reflection of the big image of women’s dedications throughout the world. And sometimes this makes the women forget about their identity and the awesome qualities they have. They see themselves by the mirror of the men for whom they perform all the awe-inspiring works. That makes them depress.

In this International Women’s Day, my message for those awesome ladies is the following letter.

Dear the awesome ladies,

If you think you are not awesome, I’ll tell you to look at yourself. You came in this world with the awesome qualities and unique talents. But, it’s your fault if you don’t recognise that yet. This letter is a heartiest message from me for all the awesome women in this World.

If you think you are not awesome, I’ll tell you to look at yourself. You came in this world with the awesome qualities and unique talents. But, it’s your fault if you don’t recognise that yet. This letter is a heartiest message from me for all the awesome women in this World.

It’s good to taking care of the man whom you love. It’s good to do the things that make him happy. But, it’s not good for you to sacrifice your life, your talents, and your passion for that person who doesn’t bother about your dedications. It’s because sacrifice only increases the level of your expectations that depress your vitality and insists on thinking about yourself that you are not an awesome lady. It’s true that you need care, you need appreciation and you need love. It’s well if you get that from your man without any expectation. But, it’s all right if you don’t get that from the person whom you love more than yourself.  It’s because you can achieve those things from yourself. Just drop your expectations by loving yourself more than anything in this world. Recognise your limitations and strength. Know yourself more than anyone in this world. You don’t need to wait for someone to recognise your dedications, your talents. You are enough to complete yourself.

Do the things which you mostly like. Find your passion and engross yourself within it.  That will create a miracle for you. Day by day, it will be your world. Your creativity and talent will flourish altogether. And you will fall in love with yourself. It will be the source of your all inspiration and love. You don’t need to beg it from others.

Do your duties for the people you care. But, not more than that. Don’t try to impress them by killing yourself. You don’t need to beg acknowledgement for the care you have taken for them. Just live in your world. Create a new thing by channelizing all your agony into your creativity. It will turn into happiness. It will feel the empty spaces within you. You will find contentment within your work.

 My dear ladies, cheer up! This is not the time to waste your hard work to impress someone and expect compliment or appreciation in return. This is the time to invest all your energy and hard work to discover yourself and to recognise your awesomeness within the ordinary you. So, the awesome ladies,  celebrate this International Women’s Day with the new hope of enjoying your womanhood completely.

Keep in mind, we, the women, have the power to conceive a human body within our uterus and to give birth of that fully grown body in this world.  Hence, we don’t need to compare us with the men or beg something from them by sacrificing all our dreams and even the whole lives. We are enough to take care of ourselves.

By all means, you should take a risk in life. Either you will reach to your dream or you will learn a new itinerary to accomplish your dream.  Taking chances in life is not playing a dice with your life. It is a step that propels you ahead. Life starts beyond the comfort zone. When you learn to survive beyond your comfort zone, you are really making a motion forward in your life. And it sets off from choosing the risks or chances in your liveliness. If you count back into your past and find yourself repented for some matters, you will discover that you are repenting for the chances you have lost in your past. But, not the chances you had taken in your life.

Why you should take a chance in life?

I’m not saying that you should mortgage your house and play a high limit craps in the casino. I’m simply saying that to take a risk to attain at your aspiration.  And taking risk is a part of chasing your dream. The living is always a danger of dying. Any time and any moment it can take the life. So, there is no security in life. If you love someone, you will be at a risk of not being loved in return. In the same way, exposing your feelings to somebody is to the risk of rejection. Does it mean you will never love anyone? If you place your dream before the crowd, you will be at a risk of ridicule. Maybe the 9 people out of 10 will make ridicule about your dream. But, there might be one, who can seriously care about your dream and help you to accomplish your dream.  So, you should take the chance for that one person.

The things, which stop you from taking chances in life, do not exist  outside of yourself. Those are articulating in your mind and stopping you from taking chances in life.

5 things that stop you from taking chances in your life.

1.     Fear of  the mind:

 Fear always keeps you the same and stops you accept the change by taking a risk. It’s the trick of the mind that always find the Newness as the enemy and sameness as a friend. And you are the one, who can only win over the state of fear in your mind by taking chances in life.

2.     Not dreaming enough:

There are many people in this world who have no dream in life and like to stay at the same throughout their lives. Some people have dreams or some desire. But, they don’t live in their dream.  That means, they don’t work to accomplish that.  If you don’t live in your dream, you cannot take a risk to achieve that.

3.     Thinking too much:

Too much thinking leads a stressful life. Many people have a tendency to think more than enough about a single and simple matter. It makes them confused. And the funny things is most of their thinking is totally irrelevant to matter and dangerously negative. Hence,  there is no solution to satisfy their unreal thoughts or negative thinking. It seems like that you  are going to marry a girl and think what will happen if she cannot adjust with you. And this thinking stops you to marry someone. It’s a real example which I found at one my cousin’s life.

4.     Decision making:

One of the vital parts of taking a chance is to make a decision at the right time. People think so much to do that. For that reason, they often miss the required time to take a chance and then repent throughout the life for losing that opportunity.  To fix a decision one needs to look at all the relevant facts about the subject and his or her position. This helps to make a right decision at the right time.

5.     Lack of Confidence:

Lack of confidence stops you from making a decision and taking a chance in life. If you are not aware of your limitations and strengths, you cannot be a confident person. If you are not confident about yourself, you cannot gain the courage to accept the change or the newness.


The great philosopher and spiritual leader, Osho, once said at one of his speeches, “The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing. You may avoid suffering and sorrow. But, you cannot learn, feel, change, grow or love, Chained by certitudes, you are only a slave. Only the person who risks is free.”

Taking a risk is nothing but living the life more lively. Once you take a risk in life, it makes you more confident in your action that helps you to see the life with a positive attitude. When you win over those 5 things that stop you from taking chances in life, you can a step forward in your liveliness. I’m not saying it will bring all the happiness that you desired. But, if you miss the chance, you never get that happiness in your life.

Life has no warranty period. Once it starts it can be ended at any moment without any prior notification. And living is the deal of full of insecurity and uncertainty. If you want security, you have to find it at your grave. Hence, living is an art of dancing at the edge of the leaf like the dew drops. Any moment the fall can be settle from the foliage. Thus, living is always at risk.

Being in the present is called Mindfulness. But, we hardly do that. We often feel concerned about the future, anticipate troubles and regretting about the past. This is the cause of all our suffering and agony.  But, when we start mindful living, we can celebrate every pulse of life. There are 5 ways of living in the moment.

The Zen of Living: 5 ways to live in the moment:


Life is all about acceptance. We often waste our time, by questing life “Why Me” or by cursing our fate for all. We cannot control the things happens to us. But, we can control our reactions regarding the things happening to us. If the outcome is sorrow, don’t hesitate to cry a lot. If the things make you happy, don’t forget to share it. Sharing increases the happiness more. living doesn’t only mean pleasure or happiness.  It is the combination of every emotion. So, take life as it is. This is the secret of living.

Be mindful in every Action:

Whatever you do, do it from your heart.  Invest your full energy into that particular task.  Try to do one task at one time. Then, you can concentrate on that task. If you have sex with a woman, concentrate on the sex with that woman. Don’t think about the other woman with whom you had spent the last night. Lol. Then, you can enjoy that the sex, totally.

Stop thinking:

We think too much about the future and the outcome of our actions and think less about the present.  Thus, we always miss the present or the moment, which we are passing.  We don’t have any time machine to see the future. In the same way, life has no rewind bottom to go back to the past.  Thus , Living in the present is the only way of living. The Past is only insight. I’m not saying to forget the past. The past experiences help us to deal the present in a better way and to learn from the past mistakes. The future is only hopes. Not any statistical calculation. So, live in the present with the hope of tomorrow.

Conquer the fear of death:

Where there is life, there must be the death. But, we always think that we are immortal. That’s the cause of all our insecurities.  We cannot calculate the ending time. But, at the time of death,  we can count the moments, which we have enjoyed, truly. Death can happen at any moment. The moment, you are breathing, can be your last moment. So, enjoy every moment as the last moment of life. It works to kick out the fear of death.

Be yourself:

We waste most of the time to think about others or by comparing us with others. But, we forget that any comparison needs a basic platform. We don’t have a basic platform. Everyone is unique and every person is going through the different situations. You can’t do the thing what I can because you are not me. Thus, the comparison has no value in life.

Another thing is we are often worried about what others think about us . We actually bothered about people’s opinion about us. If we would have been trying to know us, we didn’t require people’s view  about ourselves. People only see what you show them. Hence, they cannot judge you. Be yourself and love yourself. That’s the way to know yourself, properly. We are not here to entertain others or to impress others. As much as you think about others’ view, you’ll miss precious moments of your life.


Living in the present is the secret of happiness. As much as you can live in the moment, you will spend a stress-free life.  Stress is nothing but worrying about the future that is totally uncertain. So, celebrate each moment as it is the last moment of life and enjoy it totally, intensely and playfully. Life is like an ice-cream. Enjoy it before it melts. 

Never think hard about the past. It brings tears.

Don’t think more about the future. It brings fear.

Live this moment with a smile. It brings cheer.

Don’t Heal: See Yourself Through Your Wound

Wound is the window of your mind

Don’t heal the wound:

It is said that “time can heal the pain”. Yes, your pain will be ameliorated by a certain time and you will cover your wound with something. But, the wound can persist as long as you live the life. You can understand that when the shielded wound of yours is touched by something,  you must feel the pain that time. That’s mean; your wound is not healed. Don’t heal it until the purpose of the wound is not fulfilled. Even if you try, you cannot.  Wound comes to our life for a particular purpose. 

Normally, when everything is going in a proper way, we don’t ever feel to know ourselves well.  When things are going wrong, when things are not happening according to the level of expectations, we realize that we are in a struggle or in a battlefield of life.  Then we have to act as a true warrior. A true warrior needs to know about his/her strength and weakness as well. If he/she doesn’t know about  that, the wounds will come, repeatedly to hurt him/her and finally he/she has to leave the battlefield or has to lose his/her existence in the struggle.

Your wound is a hole of your mind to see the inside of it that means to see yourself.  It’s like a window from where you can take a view of your own self.  So use this window to know about yourself rather than covering it with something. If you use your wounds like this ‘window’, your wound will be cured and healed with the time. Time favors those who know to use it well.

How to use your wound as your window of the mind:

Rumi said, “The wound is where the light enters you.”  Light comes through your wound to enlighten the darkest part of yourself.  So, use the time for some introspection and identify your strengths and weaknesses.  That will help you face new challenges of life, courageously.

Before discussing this point, we need to clear some things about the wounds.

Causes of the wound:  

  • Loss: Lossing of near and dear ones by sudden or unexpected death.
  • Sudden loss of organ or body parts.
  • Love: Breaking up of any relationship in an unexpected way.
  • Failure of fulfilling a dream.
  • Sudden Loss of Reputation and property.
  • Incomplete goal.
  • Unexpected bad news.

How do you know your wound is healed?

Our physical wound is visible. So, we can see the healing process completely.  But, how do you know about your psychological wound?  You can understand it by your  psychological conditions. Are the tears rolling down your cheeks when you remember the incident?  Are you still feeling upset in the crowd when those things come into your mind? That’s mean; your wound is not cured.  It needs time.

 But, if you feel no pain from your wound  when you are talking about your story to someone,  means your wound is healed.

What will you do immediately after the injury?

Immediately after the injury, severe pain comes from your wound. Act as an experienced Doctor and prescribe an appropriate painkiller to reduce the pain as much as possible. Now, the question is what is the painkiller? It depends on man to man and pain to pain. I can only give some examples of good painkillers. Mind it, painkiller only reduces the pain for some time only, but it can’t heal. Good music, songs, good books, movies can give you relief for some time. But in a case of losing pain need someone to share.  A devotional prayer to God is very helpful. Involve in work, also helps to forget the pain for  a certain time period, But, it’s difficult in the primary phase. Travel also helps to reduce the pain for some time.

When the tears of your eyes become dry, try to see yourself through the hole of your wound.

Introspection-  Mark Your Strength and Weakness:

Introspection is the most important part of healing. So, it should be done in a proper way. Otherwise, the time will be totally wasted. Hence, I have tried to explain the process of introspection through this chart with the text. You have to do it alone within by a continuous conversation with your mind.

Process of Introspection
  • Stop all the noise around you. Take some times exclusively for yourself.
  • Gain up some courage to touch the wound. Look back to the incident. Try to analyze that. Why the incident hurt you so much? What was your fault? Had you tried your best?  What was your role at that time? Had you overreacted? Had you taken necessary action at that point? Try to find out the answer to the questions like these.  But, mind it you can only control your car on the road but not others.  So, just focus on your roles, your actions and everything about you linked to this incident. Don’t go to judge other persons. It only diverts you from your goal. Keep in mind, your goal is Introspection.

[People around you may suggest “don’t touch the wound. It will give pain only. Just forget about it.” They are not wrong actually. It raises huge pain. But the pain is for once in a lifetime. If you can tolerate the pain of pulling a bullet from your wound, no wound can injure you like that. This pain makes you so courageous that you can conquer any battle of life.  But forgetting has no role in life. It only builds a thin shield over the scar, but cannot heal it. ]

  • After this sincere ‘Q and A’ session, you will definitely get some answers. It works best when you jot down this questions and answers as well, in your private journal. The answers are the keys of your locking period. You can understand why your life becomes stagnant. You can get a clear view of your weaknesses.
  • The satisfactory answer of this analysis increases your courage more. You will definitely want to go deep into that. When you will dip into that, you will see your roles in various incidents related to that. From those incidents, you can mark more weaknesses of yours.
  • Work on those. To know your strength, first, mark your weaknesses. You know, you are basically a strong person. You are handling your whole life in a proper way except one or two incidents that hurt you at your ‘Achilles heel’. So, to be a great warrior first identify your mistakes and weaknesses. Then, turn your mistakes to your achievements and make your weaknesses to your strength or be aware of your ‘Achilles heel’.
  • It takes some time. This time is your healing period and this process is the healing process of wounds.


If you use this time for the treatment of your wound by seeing yourself through your wound, time will heal your wound, completely.  Healing doesn’t mean gaining about the same thing, which you have lost. But it is more than that you have lost. So, don’t heal the wound until you used it as your window for your introspection.  Wound comes to you to make you a strong warrior to conquer the battle of life.

Turn Your Mistake to Your Achievement


A mistake can be our best guide when we learn from it. But, the worst mistake we have done when we walk away from our own mistake by giving excuses.

Generally, we cannot understand our mistake immediately after committing the mistake. In fact, sometimes we feel that we have taken the right step. Sometimes,  we are making  mistakes very unconsciously. But, when things going wrong or failure comes with life in a much unexpected way, we realize our mistakes. But the funny thing is that, most of the time we blame others for our own mistakes.  We even try to believe that we are perfect, we can’t do any wrong. This mistake was happening because of those people’s influences.  Even, when there is no one, we blame to our luck or life and then try to escape from it. Beyond the life there is only death.  But, the weight of our mistakes is so high that we cannot reach that milestone even.  We are living in the middle of life and death like a living fossil. In this way we just overlook our mistakes and walk away from it. As a result, we commit the same mistakes again and again.

Can you remember your examinations of student life?  Suppose, you write an exam and expect some good score. But, when the result comes out you see that your score is very poor or below yours minimum-expectation level.  What will you do then?  Either you will tell to your parents and friends that you wrote the exam well, but the examiner is very bad, could not check your paper with full of concentration and as a result this bad score has come or you will challenge the examiner to review the paper once. 

In case of life, there is no second chance because life is a very strict and confident examiner. It won’t review your paper. If you fail in your test or do not get the expected result, you have no option of paper-review. So, you have to find out your own mistakes in the test of life by remembering all your writing up that’s your actions throughout the test of your life.  Finding out the mistakes is one of the toughest challenges for everyone.

People often make mistakes in these areas:

First, you need to know which types of mistakes, generally happened in life because finding mistakes in a life is like a finding needle in a grass lawn.  If a mistake is not realized it increases at a rate like an asexual reproduction.  So, you have to find the  root of your mistake. That’s why I’m giving the examples of some basic mistakes. It may help you find the root.

Choosing career, choosing  partners,  missing opportunities, investing money, wrong decisions, taking vital steps at a wrong time, ignoring serious matter, casually thinking or taking life so much casually, playing  games with life, deceiving persons, trusting someone blindly and  wasting time without doing anything and so on.

  • Understanding the situations:  Don’t be frustrated when things are going wrong or failure comes. Be curious to find out the reason. Don’t try to escape from it. Find some time for yourself before going to blame others for your problem. Think thoroughly, what your problem is actually. Then, go back and remember the situations before the problem or failure, which recently arises in your life.     Suppose,  you move from a research-oriented profile of a scientific laboratory to a marketing profile of a corporate industry where you are offered a very high grade salary. But, there you cannot perform well like your previous industry. After a year, you lose your job. Coming in frustration, you start to blame to your managers rather than trying to find the cause of this disaster.                                                                   
  • Realization of mistakes:  After a deep understanding of your problem and the causes behind that,  you can realize your mistake. Obviously, your own mistake. People can suggest you something, force you for something, but what you do is totally your responsibility. So, if any mistake happens is committed by you only.                                                                         
  • Admit your mistake:   It’s very tough to admit our mistake behind a great loss. Our perfection-dilemma always makes us feel that we cannot make any blunder. We try to believe that the blunder is happening either by others conspiracy or by others fault.  So, it takes some time to accept the responsibility of your own mistake.                                                  
  • Investigation: Sometimes you have to play the role of Sherlock Holmes in life. Once you admit your mistake, act like Mr. Holmes to investigate the root cause of your mistake. Already, I told you that number mistakes are increasing at a rate of asexual reproduction. So, you have to follow the chain of mistakes to reach the root cause of those.   Like, if you are going to investigate the root cause of your job-loss in the previous example by following the chain of mistakes, you will see that the cause was your greed for high-salary. 
  • Here, I’m giving some of the most common causes of mistakes for your better understanding. These are losing faith on you, blind trust of another person, uncontrollable anger or short-temperament, greedy, proud, too much cleverness, childish behavior, emotional overflow, over confidence, ego, and hopelessness and so on.                
  • Analysis of root cause:  It’s a very important step. The learning from your mistake depends on it. A good and effective analysis of the mistake can be a turning point of your life. As because, the lessons you have learned by analyzing the root cause of your mistake is your life-lessons which you won’t forget in your whole life. As in the previous example, the root cause of mistake is your greediness for high-paid job. That is not a wrong thinking at all. But, the greediness for quick money making without knowing your own capability is wrong. You can reach at that level of salary after a certain time or you can raise your income by doing any side business. But a sudden shifting from a laboratory-job to a corporate-job is not suited for everyone.  In that case, one should keep some basic idea about him/herself. Albert Einstein said, “Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them”.                                                    
  • Applying the lessons in present life:  The lessons you have learned from your mistake, apply it in your life. Then, the lessons turn into your achievement. Everything is happening  in a universe in a particular reason. Even you come into this world in a particular reason.  These are not my words. Great men and women  always said like that. Mostly, we can’t understand the particular reason because we don’t try to find the reasons behind all. Maybe, there is a meticulous purpose, that’s why you committed the mistake.  So, the lessons you have learned from your mistake, is a powerful weapon for your life. Use this weapon in your struggle. Definitely, you will win the battle of life by achieving your goal.

Once Einstein said, “Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.” So, don’t be scared about the mistake. If it happens, admit it as soon as possible and learn the lesson from it.  Failure is the stepping-stone of life. It comes in life to teach us something. So, don’t ever try to escape from it rather than admitting the mistakes.  Just keep your hope up in the time of disaster and follow these steps to learn the lessons from it.  Your mistakes will be rectified only when you apply the lessons of your previous mistakes to your next test of life to reach your goal. If your learning is right, you must achieve your goal. So, embrace your mistakes and find a new meaning of life.

As long as our heart beats, hope stays with us. So, we don’t need to find hope to others. Hope stays with us. We just forget it in the time of crisis or misery. 

In the sleepless night, again and again we check the time or look at the window to find the ray of sun. We are waiting for the dawn.  That is called hope. Maybe, the night is long; dawn must come over every night. So, the light of hope is always illuminating within us. We just have to protect it.

What we need Hope or Expectation?

We often confused between hope and expectation. But, these two are different things.

Hope:  Hope is a thought which comes from the faith in ourselves that something positive will be happening.

Expectation:  It is a thought for something or desire that we want from others.

So, the basic difference between hope and expectation is hope connects you to yourself, whereas expectation is related to the outer world. That’s why hope depends upon giving only and expectation counts giving and taking.

Buddha said that “misery comes from our expectations.  So, we should live without expectation.”  But living without expectation means we have to renounce all social attachments. That is quite impossible for us as because we live in a particular society and have some social duties which connect us to others. So, the accounts of giving and taking automatically come in our mind. For the same reason, misery comes due to our incomplete expectations.

But if, we keep our hope up, we can handle our misery. like, in a busy road, you cannot control other cars. You can only control yours.  So, you have to do some adjustment to move on in a harsh road of life, like controlling the car by changing the gear and pressing the clutch. In the same way, we have to make small adjustments to life by minimizing our expectation and maximizing our hope.

Dawn comes only after the darkest night

Less expectations and high hope make our life easier to move on. If, we have less expectation from others, the amount of misery becomes less.  In that miserable condition, we should keep our hope high. Without hope we couldn’t move on. Since, hope is the petrol of your car of life which you drive to reach your dream. But, the dilemma is that misery always dominates the hope and we become hopeless.

Why we become hopeless?

  • When life becomes miserable we forget to keep hope and find consolation from others by describing our miserable condition again and again. Our subconscious mind hears and that makes us feel more firmly that we are really in a miserable condition. We think we can’t overcome that. So, the words of consolation cannot console us.
  • When people discourage us for something we want to do. Like, you want to be an actor. But people tell you that “you can’t do that, your looks is not so good, height is also short, even you have no back up in this industry. Don’t waste your time here and find some other job.” After hearing that, you might be depressed and then, you will start to believe those negative words and become hopeless.
  • When our attempts are failing to reach the particular destination. We become frustrated and being hopeless
  • When we cannot set our dream and become motionless. If one’s has no dream, how could he/she be hopeful for something? That time, expectation from life takes the place of hope.

How to be Hopeful:

  • When misery comes in life, don’t encourage it to dominate you, by telling others repeatedly about your miserable conditions. It’s part of life. Dawn comes over every winter-night. It’s true that sharing your misery to others you may feel lighter. But you can’t overcome your misery unless one helps you find your hope. So keep patience and be hopeful.Hope-2-570x379
  • So, keep quiet. Stop thinking about your pain. Try to hear your inner voice. It always says “it will happen or situation will be changed.” This is hope. As you could hear that you start to find out the right way to come out from that condition or to move on in life with this condition.  Nature helps those who try to accept it as it is.
  • Try to avoid the persons who are discouraging you in your misery. If not possible, just ignore their words. Think about yourself deeply. Find out your strong and weak points. Work out on those, very sincerely. Your works or attempts, make you more hopeful than previous.
  • Keep trying to reach your destination or your dream. When your attempt fails, don’t be upset. Find out the reasons behind that and correct it in your next attempt. If that fails, try in other ways.  If that also fails, ask yourself, whether you exactly want to do that or you are just doing it to fulfil some other’s expectations. You can only fulfil some others expectation when your dream truly combines with that. Give some time to yourself and do some research to know yourself better than others. The connection between you and yourself makes you hopeful.
  • Set your dream. When you start to chase your dream, your misery will fail to dominate you and your willpower. Keep in mind, your dream is the core of your hope. So, don’t forget your dream and keep alive your hope as long as you breathe.
  • Find your passion and keep following it. It will save your dream and develop yourself to move on with pain, misery and other worldly delusions.


Hope comes from faith. So, keep faith in yourself.  It makes you confident. Don’t expect much from others. Most of the time, it gives you pain. Misery comes and goes. Nothing is permanent, but hope. Be hopeful for everything. Hope and confidence makes the impossible, possible.
