Real happiness is such a stage where you can find yourself as a separate entity from all the unhappiness and miseries of life. On such stage, you could realize yourself as an entity, which is untouched by the turmoil of the spirit. It’s an entity, which is far off from emotional disturbance and situational flowing of spirit.  You could see that you are set and everything is falling in its direction. You are fixed but not imprisoned. You could find the boundless freedom to flow as a river. You will discover yourself as a fearless entity beyond all circumstances of life. When your emotions transcend, fear disappears and prison unbolts, only love remains with your identity. You can discover real happiness only when you will find yourself as an independent, free, fearless and loving entity within the creation.

Life has no security. It’s running in its own rhythm. The only constant changes.  You cannot hold anything throughout the life except the memories. Thus, momentary happiness, pleasure, miseries all come and go with the current of animation. You can only enjoy everything when you flow your boat with its current and enjoy every moment of living. Finding the real happiness within you is the secret of enjoying the every bit of life.  To find this happiness, you have to go deep within yourself. On that point, there are certain ways to take hold of the rhythm of life and be happy in all situations.  Here are the 6 keys of discovering the real happiness.

6  keys to discovering real happiness:

  1. Listen to your heart:

When life throws a challenge to you, when you think life is not working in the same direction that you predict, try to find out your internal voice. Focus on yourself. Practice meditation, if you can. People will come to you with their multiple opinions. If you live to hear those, either you will get confused or convinced by their compulsions. Try to be relaxed and listen to your heart. Later, you can understand that the voice of your heart is the ultimate guide of your liveliness. You possibly think it is illogical, but subsequently, you see its significance in your liveliness. Forget about the future, live in present and you will find real happiness when your action is triggered by your inner voice or the voice of your heart.

  1. Be truthful to yourself:

We have a tendency to impress others or to be recognized as good in the society. To do that we sacrifice a lot. We kill our inner voice, we are going against to our heart and do whatever people want . In this way, we are making us unhappy and untruthful to ourselves. You can find real happiness when you can speak what you believe and do you whatsoever want. This is truthfulness and it makes you so courageous that the concern of rejection from the society will disappear from your intellect.  You can remain happy in any turmoil and rejection of the bounciest. It’s because you are accepted by the greater Self and danced with the beat of life.

  1. Find your Passion:

Finding  your passion is another means of seeing happiness in any stress or pain. It’s a space where you can feel happy always. It’s a source of energy of energy in every exhausted condition of life. It’s because it makes a channel to deep  inside through which you can discover yourself. Passion comes to direct you towards your goal. Then, whenever you discover it, you will travel along the current of your animation and stay cool in every up and down of life. Passion is directly connected with your heart. So, performing the work of your passion automatically makes you happy.

  1. Accept the pain:

Happiness comes from pain (read this article)  When you are in pain, you are deflected from the external affairs. So, it is the high time to know yourself that is called introspection. Through the proper introspection, you can see the causes of the pain and all your limitations. You cannot improve or change other people’s  actions. You can only protect you from those unwanted actions by making yourself receptive. This is possible when you can recognize your actual individuality. This makes you so happy that the pain cannot dare to touch you. Happiness is bigger than the pain. But, you can discover this happiness after huge  suffering in pain. “The Sun always shines after the storm.” So, don’t try to escape from the pain. Accept it and use it to discover the real happiness. Otherwise, you will skip the happiness and suffer in pain again and again throughout the life.

  1. Accept and love yourself:

During the time of introspection, you may find yourself as an injured and erroneous individual.  Accept that entity. It is you. Don’t try to improve it. It’s your originality. When you accept it, you will fall in love with yourself. The flow of love for yourself will propel you to travel with the original flow of spirit. Flowing with the current of your animation makes you so happy that you can dance to the rhythm of life. Pleasures, miseries whichever come in your way, you will get over them with your own happiness.

  1. Accept others as they are:

 When you really accept yourself as you are, you could see everything in a positive outlook. You will find good in every single thing of life. This positivity helps you to nurture everything with your love and compassion.  It’s because now you are already aware of that the source of all is one and we all are full of love and compassion. The toxicity of society only covers it. Thus, we are reacting in different ways. This feeling of oneness helps you to accept other people as they are.  When you can accept people in this way , their actions cannot bring tear again in your eyes. You will just see their activities and smile in silence. This is the real happiness that brings a smile to your face even in the miserable situation of life.


Happiness is innate. It is present within yourself. The garbage of the society just makes a veil over it. Thus, you are running after it. Stop running and relax for some time. Then run inside yourself.  On that point, you will discover boundless happiness that is defined, real and unchangeable over time.

Recycle & Reuse of the Waste of Human Mind

recycle+mindRecycle and Reuse are the most common environmental process to eliminate the waste from the environment. The human mind is also like the environment.  If we can see our mind in the mirror, we can’t look at the mirror for a minute. Since the garbage of society destroys the beauty of our mind.  That’s why we are always wondering for happiness, whereas it belongs to us.

Happiness is suppressed under the garbage of your mind. When you transform this huge dump of garbage into the useful things, you can enjoy the happiness of transformations. This is called recycle and reuse of the waste of mind. Day by day, the garbage is increasing in our mind. To decrease the load, we just throw it from our house to our neighbour’s house and this cycle continues shamelessly.

What is the Garbage?

Garbage is nothing but our unhealthy emotions like anger, hate, jealousy, frustration, rejection and so many negative thoughts. When you feel you are overloaded by those, you simply throw it to other’s mind. Suppose, in your office, your boss insults you for some reasons and you came back home by suppressing your anger. Your wife serves you dinner. Unfortunately, you find  out that your favourite chicken item is slightly less boiled. That heats your anger and it’s blasted out. You shout on your wife and you don’t want to hear anything from your wife. Finally, you reject the dinner, which makes your wife angry. Your little daughter watches this scene between her Mom and Dad and she is getting frightened by both of your reactions. She starts to cry in loud. Then, your wife shouts on the little girl by coming in anger. In this way, a family peace is totally distorted by throwing the anger in a cycle. Here, the anger is garbage.

But, if you release the anger in another way rather than suppressing it within your mind, the anger of your boss cannot disturb your family peace. In this case, you can do more hard work in office to release your anger or can do a little understanding of your anger. If the fault is yours, you should apologize to your boss. If  you have no fault, you should ignore the anger by coming in compassion like “he is a poor guy, either he is jealous of me and just want to show me down or he simply discharges his own load of anger.” Why should you carry other’s load of garbage?  Just, look at your child. She is neither carrying the load of that anger nor throwing it back to continue the cycle. She released it by crying (as she knows only this technique of release) and then she started playing by forgetting it. Her play and activities make both of you happy. In this way, the little girl transforms your anger into your happiness.

She can do it because she is not loaded by the garbage of society. She is happy with herself and providing happiness to the people around you. But, when she will learn from the society that she has to suppress the emotions to maintain the so-called formality, she’ll just forget the magic of transformation.

Reduce, Recycle and Reuse:

If we can keep the habit of the transformation of unhealthy emotions, we can get a stress-free life. Every emotion is full of energy. So, if we learn to recycle the garbage of mind, we can reuse it for a constructive purpose. This is called the transformation of negative energy into positive energy for constructive work.

So, when you will experience any unhealthy emotion, just try to release it in a positive way or in constructive purpose. Emotions like anger, jealousy, anxiety, and hate are carrying tremendous energy. You shouldn’t waste it like  the garbage. Don’t go in suppressing that energy, they are not easily available. Discharge those in a constructive way. If you love to write, write something at that time. If you are a passionate blogger, write some fabulous, energetic blog post. If you like dancing or jogging or singing, go for that. Keep in mind that you have to do some energetic activity. But, don’t go for listening to the music or reading a storybook (even you cannot do those that time). If you can’t find any energetic activity, just go for a walk. After all, health is wealth.

At the time of less energetic emotions like frustration, sadness, depression, etc., you shouldn’t waste your time by drinking the alcohol bottle after bottle or taking antidepressants/ sleeping pills. Solitude comes, when energy escapes. Accept the solitude. It restricts all the distractions of your mind from worldly activities, which helps you to focus on yourself, that is called introspections.

As much as you practice it in this way, your mind will be trained to reduce the amount of these unhealthy emotions.


Do you know lotus flower? It is a divine flower to the Hindus and the Buddhists. It is portrayed, Vishnu and Lakshmi sit on the lotus flower, Buddha sits on a lotus flower. This has significance. The Lotus flower is the perfect example of “Transformations”. It is found in the muddy and murky water of a pond or lake, which spreads a pungent odour. But, when the lotus bloomed it spreads beauty and fragrance. The muddy water is the symbol of the waste of our mind and the lotus flower is the symbol of beauty, happiness and peace, which you can say ‘positivity’. The pungent odour of muddy water, that is the negative thoughts transform into the fragrance of lotus, that is positivity or constructive work. When you will transform all the garbage of the mind into the best and essential products of life like a lotus flower, you will rediscover your happiness and can spend a stress-free life. 

The Three R’s (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) of eliminating waste from the environment are also applicable for eliminating the waste of human minds. So, keep practicing the process of reducing, reuse and recycling of the garbage of your mind and clean the mind. Automatically, you will enjoy a happy and stress-free life.

What is passion?

The word passion is used very passionately.  But sometimes we used it consciously and sometimes unconsciously, without knowing its exact meaning. Suppose someone says “Bike is my passion”. He must be fond of new bikes with new features. Even he is ready to spend his whole salary to buy a bike with unique features. That’s mean he can die for a bike or he can sacrifice the rest of the world for a bike. Such kinds of persons think that their passion is their world. In fact, it becomes their oxygen to live the life.  And we need oxygen to live. If the supply of oxygen decreases, we feel breathing trouble.  Life without passion  is like, closed in an oxygen less chamber.

Why should you follow your passion?

  • Passion gives you the required fuel to spend your routine and monotonous life with full of liveliness.
  • Passion is a window by which you can see that the life is how much beautiful
  • Passion is a type of meditation which helps you to explore yourself. Suppose, if painting is your passion, you always think about your painting. During the making of every new portrait you will reach in such level of concentration which will shed light in the dark places of your mind. By this light you can discover yourself in a new way.
  • Passion sets your dream. If you haven not set your dream, life flows you here and there without any purpose. At the end you will be frustrated from life.
  • Like Depression, Frustration, grief many negetivities often comes in our life. We have to live life with these. Your passion saves you from all the negative effects of those.
  • Passion always sends you a positive signal or positivity in your life comes from your passion.
  • No one can give you happiness for a lifetime without your passion. If you are passionate about photography, you can feel a true happiness whenever you pick up your camera, even on your last day of life.
  • Your passion is the only medicine for your stress. It makes your mind quiet and peaceful and manages your stress. Suppose, you have a passion for driving a car. In the time of high work pressure or any type of life stress, if you drive your car, you will  feel relaxed  and refreshed. You can’t find that type of refreshment from any activities like watching movies, or listening music or anything.
  • Passion fix your direction of life. A directionless life becomes a nightmare for everyone.
  • Passion enrich your thoughts and your mind with wisdom and creativity.

Why passion is different from a hobby and obsession?

Passion is a burning desire

We often confused  passion with a  hobby or obsession. But Passion is completely different from those.

Passion and Hobby: 

A Hobby is a type of interest which you like to do in your free time or to pass the time. But passion is your such type of interest for which you feel strong desire and strong attraction. Even you make time from your daily routine to do it. But keep in mind that sometime your hobby become your passion. You can understand this well if I tell you a real story of one of my passionate friend.

My friend has a passion for cooking. But doing a full-time job and managing a family with her child, she hardly finds time for cook passionately. She is crazy for her passion. Almost in every weekend she invited our group of friend to her home and made some delicious dishes for us. She made each and every dish with full dedication.  It’s nothing to say that every dishes maintained the restaurant standard. Inspired by our true appreciation, she took a risk to accept her passion,  as her business.  She first started a weekend business of home delivery for party and any occasion. Her marketing strategies and good works made her weekend business popular in the city. After getting enough confidence and response from market, she quit her professional carrier as a Marketing Manager of a national Bank. By her all earnings from her job, she built up a restaurant where she took a role of Master Chef as well as Owner. Now, this is one of the famous restaurants of the city. Her passion makes her dream fulfil.

In comparison, those having a hobby is cooking, they pursue that in their free time or any occasion. But they have not the courage to take it as a profession or leave their job for their passion. This is the difference between hobby and passion.

Passions & Obsessions:

Obsession is a compulsive force of doing something in any way by anxiety or fixed in some unpleasant idea without any logic. Whereas passion is an urge to do something with creativity and in an organized way.

Obsession is losing yourself for an external object which harms your mental stability in most of the cases. In contrast, passion connects you to yourself and develops your own capability.

Long time ago, I heard about an obsessive man from my Psychiatrist friend.  The man had a obsession for sex .  That’s mean he could not control his sexual urge.  Even, his compulsion was so high that he did not bother about his partner’s mood or satisfaction. Sometimes he did not bother about his partner. For his Obsession, he used to go to the red light areas and sometimes he used to abuse ladies of his workplace.

In contrast, if someone has a passion for sex, he does it with full of love and full of attraction to his partner.  In fact a passionate sex partner always takes care of his partner’s pleasure and satisfaction.

How to find your passion?

To know how to find your passion, you should have a clear idea about passion. Because the thing you don’t know how can you find that. That’s why, before telling it,  I described the above things. There are three steps to find your passion.

  1. Make a list of your hobbies. Like, painting, dancing and photography. Then, pursue those for a week or two week regularly. After two weeks, you  shall feel a strong interest about one or two. Then, pursue those hobbies seriously for one or two weeks more.  Keep taking guidance from the learning videos of YouTube channel (  After doing those seriously, you must feel  a strong desire to pursue one of your hobby almost regularly. That will be your Passion.
  2. Think deeply about yourself. Which work give you comfort when you are in stress or which work you like to do with full of interest even when you are in low mood state. It may be driving a car, riding a bike, doing sex, taking care of your pet and so on.  That particular work  must be your passion. Because, if you follow your passion, your passion will take care of you.
  3. Think deeply about your childhood before you go to sleep. Try to remember your every childhood and boyhood or girlhood activities, how did you perform those? Was your any particular activity appreciated by your friends or parents or teachers? Did you feel very happy to perform any of those activity? It may be leadership, maybe compassion for your friends or animals, storytelling, guiding or playing some particular game.  So, try to find that particular work and do it in your recent life again very frequently. This must be shown your passion.



Passion opens a new horizon of life

Everybody  has a passion. But many of us cannot recognize it specifically.  By Floating in the flow of life, we forget to find it. For that reason, frustration, Depression, stress or any types of negativity dare to dominate our life. Coming in those negativities, we lose our direction in life and always think  “Why Me?”. But, if you find your passion once in your lifetime and continue to follow it, you definitely get answers for all of your queries about life. So, live your  life passionately. Your passion will open a new horizon of your life.
